User License Agreement (EULA) for Child Mind

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as ‘Agreement’) is a legally binding contract between you (the user) and the company that developed the Child Mind app (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’). By installing or using the Child Mind app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the app.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Child Mind app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:
– Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the app.
– Sell, license, or distribute the app to third parties.
– Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
– Use the app for any unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Updates and Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or remove features of the app at any time without prior notice. Updates may be required for continued use of the app.

5. Ownership Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Child Mind app, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by the Company. This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights to you.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your information. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without any warranties, express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your right to use the app at any time if you violate the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the app from your devices.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
